Complaint from Holly Allen Gadsden, ALover 1 year agoWe purchased a half of cow from a man in Leesburg and he sent it to Thompson's meat processing to be cut. Our cow weighed a total of 1300 lbs and our half at hanging weight was 320 lbs. With that being said when I picked up our meat we only got 125 lbs of meat total. We should of atleast brought home 200 lbs. They ripped us off don't use them.
